Services
A Key Therapy provides mental health therapy services. Our services are not intended to replace emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethics. Information shared during therapy sessions is protected and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Limitation of Liability
A Key Therapy provides services in good faith and to the best of our professional abilities. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from therapy. The therapeutic process varies for each individual.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
